4 MB x 9 bit single-in-line (SIMM) dynamic RAM memory module consists ofnine 4 MB x 1 SOJ DRAMs on four layer FR4 printed circuit boards. Adecoupling capacitor is mounted under each DRAM. Pinout and physicaldimensions meet JEDEC and industry standards. All inputs and outputs areTTL-compatible. The ninth device has separate DI, DQ, and CAS for parity.
